Invest in Young Wonderkids Strategy

I love football clubs that are willing to invest their money in young wonderkids. As far as i know, there are two football clubs that invest in wonderkids, which are :

• Manchester United
• Arsenal

Manchester United invested in Cristiano Ronaldo, Nani, Anderson, and many more. Does this strategy work for Man Utd ? of course, they have already gain profit.

How about Arsenal ?

I think " Invest in young wonderkids " strategy has been Arsenal speciality since being coached by Arsene Wenger. Do you know what is the average of Arsenal players ? only 24 years old, amazing, right ?

Does Invest in young wonderkids work for Arsenal ? of course, now Arsenal has Cesc Fabregas, Emmanuel Adebayor, Mathieu Flamini and most of the squad. Not only the current squad but Arsene Wenger is ready to introduce his new generation of young wonderkids, which are :

• Jack Wilshere
• Henri Lansbury
• Kieran Gibbs
• Mark Randall

Will they be able to surpass the Cesc Fabregas generation ? couldn't wait for next season.
